Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game: A Home Run for Western New York

Sahlen Field in Buffalo buzzed with excitement on May 4th for the Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game, a thrilling and heartwarming event. Over 14,000 fans cheered on 35 players, joined by special guest Chad Michael Murray. This annual game offered the Bills Mafia a fun way to connect with their favorite players while raising significant funds for critical needs in western New York.

Organizer Micah Hyde deserves huge credit for his community commitment. The 2025 game amplified its impact, with proceeds shared between his foundation and those of teammates Dion Dawkins, Damar Hamlin, Keon Coleman, Greg Rousseau, Ray Davis, and Larry Ogunjobi – a collaborative effort for greater regional benefit.

"This softball game is an amazing opportunity to spend time with teammates while also raising money for some amazing organizations in the western New York community," said Hyde.

5th Annual Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game returns to Sahlen Field May 4th, 2025

On Sunday, May 4, the only place Bills fans will want to be is Sahlen Field in Buffalo for the return of the 5th Annual Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game as the Bills Defense and Offense square off in a Game and Home Run Derby to benefit the Imagine for Youth Foundation.

Tickets for this year’s event will be just $35 each (no price increase) and will go on sale on February 4th (10 a.m.) on Bisons.com and at the Sahlen Field Box Office.

2024 Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game Recap

From thrilling plays, to long home runs to heartfelt moments, the Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game on May 19 brought together more than 15,000 fans, 35 players, and a lot of generosity for a great cause. Held at Sahlen Field in downtown Buffalo, the event featured amazing athletic displays and fun activities. The game allowed the Bills mafia to interact with their favorite players in a casual environment at a great ballpark, while raising money for critical needs across western New York.

A huge thank you to our host, Micah Hyde, for organizing such an incredible event and making a positive impact on the community. More than $600,000 was raised to help the Buffalo region. Here's to another successful year of bringing people together for charity.

From the gridiron to the diamond, nobody circles the bases like the Buffalo Bills! The 5th Annual Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game returns to Sahlen Field, Sunday, May 4, 2025 (2:00 p.m.) to benefit the Imagine for Youth Foundation.

In 2023, Micah Hyde's walk-off grand slam sent the sold-out Sahlen Field crowd into FAN-demonium as the Defense won their third straight over Josh Allen and the Offense, 14-11. Who will win the pre-game Home Run Derby after Spencer Brown pulled off the massive upset over QB1 before last year's game?
